Secretariat of the ICDPASO Visited Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in China

Beijing, April 28, 2026 - Ms. YANG Zhaoying, Director of General Affairs Department of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Slav Karaslavov, Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in China.

The two sides held in-depth discussions on issues including the handling of the referred case, the promotion of model clauses, and participation in conference events. Mr. Karaslavov expressed his appreciation for ICDPASO's proper handling of the relevant case and acknowledged the ICDPASO's professional competence in resolving international commercial disputes.
