ICDPASO Invited to Attend the Hubei CCPIT Lecture Series

Wuhan, December 16, 2025 - The International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Resolution Organization (ICDPASO) was invited to participate in the Hubei CCPIT Lecture Series. This event centered on the theme of collaborative efforts to build a high-quality overseas comprehensive service system. Ms. YANG Zhaoying, Head of General Affairs Department of ICDPASO, attended and delivered a keynote speech on new approaches to international commercial dispute resolution under the current circumstances.

In light of the complex shifts in the current international economic and trade environment and emerging trends in commercial disputes arising from overseas business operations, Ms. YANG Zhaoying systematically outlined the application scenarios and practical advantages of diversified dispute resolution methods. She focused on the service capabilities and resource strengths of ICDPASO in dispute prevention, mediation, arbitration and other related areas, and proposed that by adopting proactive risk prevention and control and coordinating multiple mechanisms, enterprises could be assisted in efficiently resolving overseas commercial disputes and in facilitating their overseas business operations. 

The participation in this session of Hubei CCPIT Lecture Series represents a significant initiative by the ICDPASO to deepen local cooperation and support the development of enterprises in the area. ICDPASO will provide customized commercial dispute prevention and resolution services for business entities across various regions, contributing to building a high-quality overseas comprehensive service system.
