Professor Michael Hahn from the University of Bern Visited the ICDPASO Secretariat

Beijing, December 3, 2025-Professor Michael Hahn, the Director of the Institute for European and International Economic Law of the University of Bern Law School and Director of the World Trade Institute, visited the Secretariat of ICDPASO.

Secretary-General Jason CHIA extended a warm welcome to Professor Michael Hahn and his delegation. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as enhancing collaboration between academic research and dispute resolution practice against the backdrop of evolving international economic and trade rules, as well as exploring innovative approaches to the prevention and resolution of commercial disputes. The two sides reached multiple consensuses on areas including the sharing and co-development of expert resources, participation in international rule-making, and high-level dialogues and events. This exchange has laid a solid foundation for future collaborative efforts between the two parties within a multilateral framework and will actively promote the integrated development and innovative practices in the field of international commercial dispute resolution.
