Secretariat of the ICDPASO Visited Embassy of Chile in China

Beijing, November 25, 2025 - Ms. YANG Zhaoying, Head of General Affairs Department of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Andres Gebauer, Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy of Chile in China. Ms. YANG Zhaoying briefed Mr. Gebauer on the work carried out by ICDPASO over the past five years in areas such as dispute prevention and resolution, as well as the formulation of international rules. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics including the prevention and control of legal risks in cross-border trade, case collaboration, expert recommendations, and event organization. Mr. Gebauer spoke highly of ICDPASO’s achievements and expressed Chile’s willingness to actively recommend Chilean member units to ICDPASO, fully leveraging ICDPASO’s international platform to provide more professional legal services and support for Chinese and Chilean enterprises. Both sides unanimously agreed to strengthen cooperation between the two institutions in the field of Sino-Chilean commercial dispute prevention and resolution, jointly contributing to economic and trade cooperation between China and Chile.
