Southwest University of Political Science and Law Visited ICDPASO Secretariat

BEIJING, November 6, 2025 – a delegation from Southwest University of Political Science and Law (SWUPL) paid a visit to the Secretariat of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO), and held a meeting with Secretary-General Mr. Jason CHIA and other representative of ICDPASO. The delegation included Mr. WANG Huaiyong, Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee and Vice President, Mr. ZHOU Jiang, Dean of the School of International Law, among others.

Vice President Mr. WANG Huaiyong provided a detailed introduction to the innovative initiatives and achievements in legal education at SWUPL, emphasizing SWUPL’s strong commitment to cultivating talents for foreign-related rule of law. Secretary-General Mr. Jason CHIA warmly welcomed the delegation and shared updates on ICDPASO’s progress and future plans in international talent development and exchange. Both parties reached a preliminary agreement to establish a regular cooperation mechanism in areas such as collaborative talent cultivation, internships and practical training, and international exchanges.
