ICDPASO participated in Gulangyu Forum 20Sichuan – South Asia & Southeast Asia International Commercial Law Dialogue and Exchange Conference Successfully Held in Chengdu

Chengdu, September 10, 2025 - Sichuan – South Asia & Southeast Asia International Commercial Law Dialogue and Exchange Conference was successfully held in Chengdu. The event was jointly hosted by the Secretariat of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Sichuan Council.

Mr. Jason CHIA, Secretary-General of ICDPASO, attended the event and delivered a welcome speech. He emphasized the importance of promoting one-stop dispute resolution services, building international exchange and cooperation network platforms and leveraging international organizations to facilitate the exchange of law-business integrated rules in international commercial legal dialogue. ICDPASO is committed to leveraging its global resources to provide one-stop dispute resolution services including “Prevention&Mediation” and “Prevention&Arbitration” It aims to establish international exchange and cooperation platforms for business-to-business, business-to-legal and legal-to-legal interactions, promote the formulation of innovative international rules, and collaborate with partners from Sichuan province, South Asia and Southeast Asia to promote liberalization and facilitation of trade and investment. These efforts will help build a more resilient and sustainable framework for global economic and trade cooperation.

The participants engaged in in-depth discussions on cross-border commercial dispute collaboration and compliance in international trade and investment. This event effectively facilitated exchanges among legal service institutions among different countries, strengthened international cooperation in commercial legal services, and provided innovative and practical dispute resolution solutions to help export-oriented enterprises better manage global risks.
