“ICDPASO Law - Commerce Integration Salon” Successfully Held in Xiamen

Xiamen, August 22, 2025 - The “ICDPASO Law - Commerce Integration Salon” was successfully held in Xiamen. The event was jointly hosted by the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) (Xiamen) Representative Office and MHP Law Firm Xiamen. With the theme of “New Approaches to International Commercial Dispute Resolution”, the salon adopted a hybrid online and offline format, attracting legal professionals, enterprise representatives and practitioners from relevant industries in Xiamen and surrounding areas.

During the event, Mr. WU Shaoying, Senior Consultant of ICDPASO (Xiamen) Representative Office, gave a detailed introduction to ICDPASO’s founding background, core functions and global membership network, and comprehensively demonstrated its unique advantages in international commercial dispute resolution. He emphasized that ICDPASO provides one-stop and full-chain commercial legal services to help enterprises address legal risks, and offers rapid responses after disputes arise, effectively resolving cross-border disputes.

Mr. ZHONG Yuan, Director of Case Management at ICDPASO, shared the “Dispute Prevention—Dispute Settlement” one-stop and full-process legal service system. He conducted an in-depth analysis of ICDPASO rules’ highlights, model clauses, and fee standards, drawing from representative case studies. 

During the interactive session, participants engaged in discussions on topics such as the applicability of ICDPASO model clauses and challenges in the cross-border enforcement of arbitration, further deepening their understanding and application of ICDPASO’s dispute prevention and resolution mechanisms. 

This salon promoted the value of ICDPASO model clauses and new approaches to international commercial dispute resolution. It also helped participants gain valuable experience in supporting enterprises’ overseas expandsion and the development international markets.
