“ICDPASO Law - Commerce Integration Salon” Successfully Held in Xiamen

Xiamen, July 23, 2025 - The “ICDPASO Law - Commerce Integration Salon” was successfully held in Xiamen. The event was jointly hosted by the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) (Xiamen) Representative Office and Xiamen Daoges Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., attracting more than 10 representatives from Xiamen Guangdong Chamber of Commerce, the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited(HSBC), Jianmeng Design Group Co., Ltd., Xiamen Lichuan Audio Co., Ltd., and other enterprises. 

During the event, Mr. WU Shaoying, Senior Consultant of ICDPASO (Xiamen) Representative Office, gave a detailed introduction to ICDPASO’s core concepts and highlighted the advantages of its core business and full chain of commercial legal services. Additionally, he introduced ICDPASO’s model clauses to business associations and enterprises, and shared their application in international commercial dispute resolution. This practical guidance helps enterprises better address cross-border commercial disputes and legal challenges.

This salon deepened the understanding of Xiamen enterprises about ICDPASO and built a bridge between commercial legal services and enterprises’ needs. The participating enterprises expressed that the practical suggestions offered them new perspectives and solutions for their international market expansion, and enabled them to have a deeper understanding of the practical value of international commercial legal services.

In the future, the Xiamen Representative Office will hold similar activities irregularly to help enterprises seize the initiative in global competition, facilitate steady overseas expansion, and explore the international market.
