Today, the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) is pleased to announce the arrival of a new member - Ludar!

Ludar is derived from Luduan, an auspicious beast recorded in an ancient Chinese text - “Treatise on Omens and Auspicious Signs” from The Book of Song Dynasty. According to this text, Luduan is able to travel thousands of miles in a day and understand various languages. When a wise and virtuous ruler reigns, whose enlightened virtue reaches even the farthest corners of the world, the Luduan will appear, bearing a tribute in its mouth.

With the agility of a lion's body, the majesty of dragon scales, and the grace of an ox’s tail, Ludar inherits the legendary characteristics of Luduan - being capable of traveling thousands of miles in a day and understanding various languages. As the embodiment of justice and wisdom, it can discern the focus of cross-jurisdictional disputes, balance the interest demands of different cultural backgrounds, and inject strong momentum into the efficient resolution of commercial disputes.
