ICDPASO (Xiamen) Representative Office participated in Law-Commerce Integration Exchange

Xiamen, June 19, 2025 - The International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) (Xiamen) Representative Office was invited to participated in the Law- Commerce Integration Service Exchange Seminar. The event was co-hosted by the Secretariat of the Maritime Silk Road Central District, the Judicial Bureau of Jimei District, the Science and Industry Bureau of Jimei District, and other units. Additionally, the event focused on the legal risks and practical needs during enterprises’ overseas market expansion, aiming to find out corresponding solutions.

At the event, Mr. WU Shaoying, Senior Consultant of ICDPASO (Xiamen) Representative Office, introduced the one-stop and diversified legal services of ICDPASO, and emphasized the unique advantages of ICDPASO in the prevention and efficient settlement of international commercial disputes. Over 30 representatives from relevant governmental departments and export-oriented enterprises participated the seminar. The event not only strengthened the engagement between ICDPASO and local enterprises in Xiamen, but also promoted the cooperation of law-commerce integration services, providing enterprises with new options for diversified dispute resolutions.
