Research Office of Hainan Provincial People’s Government visited the Xiamen Representative Office

Xiamen, June 19, 2025 - A delegation from Research Office of Hainan Provincial People’s Government visited the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) (Xiamen) Representative Office.

Mr. WU Shaoying, Senior Consultant of the Xiamen Representative Office, provided a comprehensive introduction to the concept of dispute prevention, the core business scope and the case experience of ICDPASO. Additionally, he highlighted the unique advantage of the ICDPASO as an international neutral third-party institution and its commitment to providing enterprises with a full chain of commercial legal services for the cross-border operation, including “prevention beforehand, management and control and settlement afterward”.
