The seminar will focus on the multiple paths of dispute resolution in construction, and explore the synergistic mechanism and game relationship among dispute review, litigation and arbitration. Furthermore, the seminar will discuss the supporting policies and improvement paths required for the implementation of the Dispute Review System, promote the wide application and healthy development of the dispute review mechanism in China’s construction sector, and provide more efficient and fair solutions for construction project dispute resolution.
