The International Federation of Warehousing & Logistics Visited International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization

Beijing, June 4, 2025 - Ms. ZHOU Wuxiu, Deputy Secretary-General of the International Federation of Warehousing & Logistics (IFWL) and her delegation, visited the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO).  

Mr. Jason CHIA, Secretary-General of the ICDPASO, extended a warm welcome to Deputy Secretary-General ZHOU Wuxiu and her delegation, and provided an overview of ICDPASO's progress in areas such as dispute prevention and resolution, global governance, and event organization. During the meeting, the two parties engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as the demand for dispute resolution in international warehousing and logistics, rules related to overseas warehouses, and compliance operations for enterprises expanding overseas. Both sides reached consensus on cooperation in multiple areas, including jointly establishing an industry mediation mechanism, standards development, expert recommendation and event organization.

Both parties agreed to strengthen connectivity and resource sharing in the future, providing more efficient and reliable legal service support for the international warehousing and logistics sector.

The meeting was also attended by IFWL Hong Kong Representative Mr. LI Zhihua (online), IFWL Beijing Deputy Secretary General Ms. WANG Xiaoyan, and IFWL Brand Communication Officer Ms. GONG Liyao; Reed Smith Richards Bulter Partner, ICDPASO Arbitrator & Mediator Mr. LI Lianjun (online), ICDPASO Project Manager Ms. XIA Ying and ICDPASO Project Manager Ms. GU Wanning.
