ICDPASO participated in the 2025 B20 Integrity & Compliance Task Force Third Meeting

Time:2025/06/09 BJT

Beijing, June 6, 2025- the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) participated online in the third meeting of Business 20 (B20) Integrity & Compliance Task Force.

During the meeting, the ICDPASO Secretariat, along with task force colleagues and international experts, conducted in-depth discussions on the second version of the policy paper. While sharing ICDPASO's relevant experience, the following recommendations were proposed: In the process of applying modern technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of anti-corruption, it is recommended to comprehensively utilize various dispute resolution or preventive measures. Consideration should be given to assisting groups such as small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in addressing compliance risks arising from the application of AI and other modern technologies in anti-corruption efforts. Meanwhile, within the international framework for responsible technology application, efforts should be made to strengthen the development of dispute prevention mechanisms and formulate specific preventive guidelines.

In the future, ICDPASO will further deepen its participation in B20 task force meetings, continue to leverage its professional role, contribute policy insights based on its strengths and core functions, and continuously enhance ICDPASO's engagement in the global governance system.
