ICDPASO Experts Invited to Participated 2025 MSRCLD International Legal-Commerce Integration Exchange in Wuhan

Wuhan, May 29-30, 2025 - The International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) (Xiamen) Representative Office was invited to participate in the 2025 International Legal-Commerce Integration Exchange activities. These events were jointly organized by the Xiamen Leading Group Office of the Maritime Silk Road Central Legal District (MSRCLD) and the Political and Legal Affairs Commission of Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone.

During the events, Wu Shaoying, Senior Consultant of the ICDPASO (Xiamen) Representative Office, delivered a keynote presentation on ICDPASO’s one-stop, diversified legal services to attendees, including representatives from government departments, lawyers and experts. He also shared insights into proactive legal risk assessment methodologies and strategic mitigation measures for enterprises. Additionally, the delegation conducted site visits to leading corporations such as Huagong Tech Co., Ltd. and Changfei Optical Fibre and Cable Co., Ltd, and engaged in in-depth discussions with enterprises, legal institutions, university scholars in Wuhan Optics Valley. These interactions provided ICDPASO with firsthand insights into the legal compliance challenges encountered by businesses during global expansion, thereby informing future initiatives in dispute prevention mechanisms.
