Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa Visited the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization

Beijing, June 4, 2025- Mr. Andile Nikani, CEO of Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA, Council Member of ICDPASO), and independent consultant Ms. Nolundi Maselana visited International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO).

Secretary-General Mr. Jason CHIA extended a warm welcome to Mr. Andile Nikani and his delegation, reviewing the sustained, friendly, and close collaboration between AFSA and ICDPASO. During the meeting, the two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as cross-border dispute prevention and resolution, ICDPASO member joint open days, expert recommendations and joint organization of seminars, reaching further consensus on cooperation.

In the future, the two sides will further deepen their exchanges and cooperation, continue to maintain a close relationship and jointly promote the development of the mechanism for the prevention and resolution of cross-border commercial disputes between China and Africa.
