Italy China Council Foundation Visited Secretariat of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization 

Beijing, May 22, 2025 - Mr. Cooper Raphael Paul, Delegate for China of the Italy China Council Foundation (ICCF, Supervisory Committee member of ICDPASO), and his delegation paid a visit to the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO). Mr. Jason CHIA, regarding bilateral legal service cooperation between China and Italy, as well as collaborative initiatives between menbers and ICDPASO.

Secretary-General Mr. Jason CHIA extended a warm welcome to Mr. Cooper Raphael Paul and his delegation, and briefed them on ICDPASO's recent progress in member collaboration, event organization, and dispute prevention and settlement business. During the meeting, the two sides engaged in friendly discussions on topics such as training activities, legal information sharing, research project, and promotional activities, reaching further consensus on cooperation. 

In the future, ICDPASO will continue to collaborate with the ICCF to facilitate trade between China and ltaly and provide better commercial dispute prevention and resolution services for Italian and European enterprises.
