ICDPASO Secretariat paid a visit to the CCPIT Commercial Legal Service Center

BEIJING, Afternoon of May 16, 2025- A delegation led by Mr. Jason CHIA, Secretary-General of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) visited the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Commercial Legal Service Center.

Ms. CAI Chenfeng, Director-general of the CCPIT Commercial Legal Service Center, warmly welcomed the visit of the ICDPASO Secretariat and introduced the business services of the CCPIT Commercial Legal Service Center, including commercial mediation, intellectual property services, enterprise compliance, and services concerning development and cooperation. Secretary-General Jason CHIA introduced the progress made by ICDPASO in member cooperation, dispute prevention and settlement, rule-making and participation in global governance. The two sides exchanged views on topics such as resource sharing, legal training, and activities to organize. Both sides agreed they would continuously ensure precise liaison and develop extensive cooperation concerning one-stop commercial legal services and helping Chinese enterprises Going Global.
