Dialogue on Promotion of Cooperation for a More Neutral, Impartial, and Friendly International Arbitration Successfully Held in Xiamen

Xiamen, April 22，2025 - The Dialogue on Promotion of Cooperation for a More Neutral, Impartial and Friendly International Arbitration was successfully held in Xiamen. The event was jointly hosted by the Maritime Silk Road Central Legal District FTZ Pilot Zone and the Maritime Silk Road Chamber of International Arbitration Promotion (MSRCIAP).

The conference featured comprehensive discussions on critical topics in current global landscape, including the risks and mitigation strategies associated with cross-border trade, the significance of impartial arbitration, and strategies to enhance communication and cooperation in international arbitration.

The event was supported by the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (Xiamen) Representative Office. It attracted participants from over ten countries and regions, including representatives from the arbitration, legal, and business sectors of Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) partners and BRICS nations.
