Baker McKenzie Counsel Dr. Csaba Vari visited the ICDPASO Secretariat

Beijing, March 27, 2025 - Dr. Csaba Vari, Counsel, Head of IP Tech Practice of the Budapest Office of Baker McKenzie visited the Secretariat of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) with his team, and were received by Ms. SHEN Peilan, Secretary General of ICDPASO. 

The two sides had an in-depth exchange of views on the dispute resolution mechanism in the ESG, the prospect of artificial intelligence, the development of the European Innovation Centre, and hot areas of investment in Hungary. The two sides also reached a consensus on cooperation in promoting ICDPASO in Europe, recommending experts in the field of intellectual property, and organizing seminars.
