Shanghai Pudong New Area Judicial Bureau visited Secretariat of the ICDPASO

BEIJING, Mar.21,2025 - Mr. HUANG Aiwu, Party Secretary and Director of the Shanghai Pudong New Area Judicial Bureau with the delegation, visit the Secretariat of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO).

Mr. HUANG introduced on the innovative efforts of the Pudong Judicial Bureau in areas such as foreign-related legal system development and the facilitation of commercial legal services. Ms. SHEN Peilan, Secretary-General of ICDPASO, introduced the ICDPASO’s background, core operations among commercial dispute settlement, and international cooperation.

The two parties agreed to leverage their respective resources and strengths to pursue pragmatic collaboration in fields including synergy in commercial legal services, talents training such as arbitrators and mediators, and innovation in international rules. This partnership aims to jointly optimize the global commercial legal service ecosystem and support high-quality economic and trade development.
