Austrian Prof. Adolf Peter visited the ICDPASO Secretariat

Beijing, March 19, 2025 - Mr. Adolf Peter, professor of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law and consultant lawyer of Fieldfisher, visited the Secretariat of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization. Mr. Jason JIA, Director of the General Affairs Department of the Secretariat, received the visitor.

The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as dispute resolution mechanisms in the field of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), strategies for dispute settlement, and international cooperation. They also exchanged views on issues including the cultivation of legal talent in international commercial arbitration and the joint organization of seminars, while exploring prospects for deepening future collaboration.
