Representatives of the Mongolian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Visited Secretariat of the ICDPASO

BEIJING, Feb. 21, 2025 – Ms. UYANGAA Sukhbaatar, Senior Legal Advisor of the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI, member of ICDPASO Supervisory Committee) and Head of the Foreign Affairs and International Law Committee of the Mongolian Advocates Association paid a visit to the Secretariat of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO).

At the meeting, Secretary General Ms. SHEN Peilan and Ms. UYANGAA Sukhbaatar discussed and exchanged views on the application of artificial intelligence in field of dispute resolution, jointly organizing forum and training, recommending experts, and collaborating on cases referral, and reached a consensus on cooperation. The two sides indicated that they will further strengthen resource sharing and experience exchange, carry out more practical cooperation in the field of dispute prevention and resolution, and jointly promote networking between ICDPASO and the Mongolian legal community. In the future, they will provide more high-quality, efficient and convenient commercial legal services for cross-border trade enterprises of China and Mongolia, advancing the sustainable development of regional economy and trade cooperation.
