Secretariat of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization Visited the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in China

On 12 February 2025, Ms. SHEN Peilan, Secretary General of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) visited the Embassy of Bulgaria in China with her delegation and met with H.E. Andrey Tehov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary and Mr. Slav Karaslavov, Commercial Counsellor. Based on Ms. SHEN's introduction of the recent development of the ICDPASO and its core services to Ambassador Andrey Tehov, the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on topics including diversified legal services for dispute settlement, recommendation of experts for mediators and arbitrators, promotion of exchanges between enterprises of the two countries and co-organization of events, and reached a consensus on cooperation. Both sides agreed to work together in the field of commercial dispute prevention and resolution, and to provide more professional legal services and support for cross-border trade between China and Bulgaria.
