The Member Liaison Meeting Between the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry and International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization Secretariat

On January 8, 2025, Ms. SHEN Peilan, Secretary General of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO), held an online member liaison meeting with Mr. TUR-OD Lkhagvajav, the President of Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI, member of ICDPASO Supervisory Committee).

Ms. SHEN Peilan congratulated Mr. TUR-OD Lkhagvajav on his election as President of the MNCCI. Mr. TUR-OD Lkhagvajav expressed his gratitude to Ms. SHEN and ICDPASO, and shared the experience and practices of MNCCI in promoting economic and trade cooperation between China and Mongolia and optimizing business environment. Subsequently, the two sides conducted exchanges on jointly hosting webinars, recommending arbitration and mediation experts, co-organizing high-level forums and promoting commercial dispute resolution services, with a view to enhancing the quality and efficiency of ADR service by sharing resources and integrating professions, so as to provide escort for Chinese and Mongolian commercial entities. At the end of the meeting, the two sides reached a consensus on close communication and innovation to promote the development of dispute resolution mechanism and contribute to the harmony and stability of international commercial environment.
