The Member Liaison Meeting Between National Center for Foreign Trade Competitiveness of Mexico and International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization Secretariat

On November 22, 2024, Ms. SHEN Peilan, Secretary General of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO), held an online member liaison meeting with Mr. Gustavo A. Uruchurtu, President of the National Center for Foreign Trade Competitiveness of Mexico (CENCOMEX, member of ICDPASO Supervisory Committee).

The Secretariat briefed the CENCOMEX on the latest operation and work progress, and Mr. Gustavo A. Uruchurtu expressed his appreciation for the work of ICDPASO. After that, the two sides had in-depth discussions on future cooperation, including webinars organisation, commercial dispute cases transfer, project research and the promotion of ICDPASO. Leveraging their respective strengths and resources, both sides aim to promote collaboration between Chinese and Mexican enterprises, and provide them with efficient support and quality legal services during cross-border operations.
