Webinar on Exploring Strategies for the International Commercial Disputes Prevention and Settlement Was Held by ICDPASO and ICCF

A Webinar themed “Exploring Strategies for the International Commercial Disputes Prevention and Settlement” co-organized by the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) and Italy China Council Foundation (ICCF, a member of ICDPASO Supervisory Committee) was successfully held recently. 

At the meeting, Mr. Marco Bettin, Director General of the ICCF and Ms. Shen Peilan, Secretary General of ICDPASO, delivered opening remarks. Prof. Renzo Cavalieri, Professor at Ca’ Foscari University and Member of ICCF Board of Directors, shared his insight on advantages of mediation and arbitration especially for small and medium enterprises. And Dr. Liu Rundong, Senior co-partner of Beijing DHH Law Firm, provided new approaches to prevention and resolution of commercial cross-border disputes.

The webinar aimed to explore and assess the existing dispute resolution mechanisms and promote prevention and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for cross-border disputes. The webinar also included representatives from Italian and Chinese cross-border enterprises.
