The Secretariat of International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization Visited the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment（CAEFI）

On July 26, 2024, Ms. SHEN Peilan, Secretary General of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO), visited the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (CAEFI, member of ICDPASO Supervisory Committee).

Mr. YUAN Gaoqiang, Vice President of the CAEFI, warmly welcomed the visit of the Secretariat of the ICDPASO. Ms. SHEN Peilan introduced the recent work progress of the ICDPASO, Mr. YUAN Gaoqiang expressed his appreciation for the work of the secretariat, and introduced the establishment background, membership profile and services of the CAEFI. The two sides also held in-depth discussions on the cooperation in the organization of conferences and activities, intellectual property protection, standard development, publicity and promotion, etc., and agreed to fully combine their respective advantages and resources to provide dispute prevention and resolution services for foreign-invested enterprises in the future, and jointly create a sound business environment.
