High-end Lecture Series of  MSRCLD |Enterprise Data Cross-border Flow Security and Compliance

On July 18th, 2024, High-end Lecture Series of Maritime Silk Road Central Legal District (MSRCLD), themed  “Enterprise Data Cross-border Flow Security and Compliance,” was held in Xiamen. This event was co-hosted by the Secretariat of International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) and Xiamen Leading Group Office of MSRCLD. 

WANG Lei,  researcher at Intelligent Technology Law Research Center of Beijing Institute of Technology, and YANG Hongquan, partner at Anjie Broad Law Firm, respectively made in-depth interpretations from the perspectives of both the latest policies and governance trends for cross-border data, analyzing typical cases as well as strategies and challenges related to data compliance.

The lecture was moderated by WU Shaoying, senior consultant of the ICDPASO Representative Office (Xiamen). LU Hailin, Deputy Director of the Xiamen Area of China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administrative Committee, and SHEN Peilan, Secretary General of ICDPASO, delivered the opening speeches for the event.
