The Delegation of Amfori Visited the Secretariat of International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization

On March 25, 2024, Ms. Linda Kromjong, President of amfori (ICDPASO Advisory Committee Member), and her delegation visited the Secretariat of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO).

Ms. SHEN Peilan, Secretary General of the ICDPASO, and Ms. Linda Kromjong, President of amfori, had in-depth exchanges on topics such as research on relevant topics, the organization of enterprise-targeted trainings and seminars, and the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). Both sides agreed to provide enterprises with relevant training and support to strengthen the compliance capacity building and enhance dispute prevention and resolution capabilities, and maintain the stability and security of supply chain, jointly promoting the healthy development of global trade.
