The Diplomatic Academy visited the Secretariat of International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization

On March 15, 2024, Ms. XU Junke, Vice President of the Diplomatic Academy, Vice President of Chinese Society of International Law ( ICDPASO Council member), and her delegation visited the Secretariat of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO).

Ms. SHEN Peilan, Secretary General of the ICDPASO and Ms. XU Junke, Vice President of the Diplomatic Academy had an extensive and in-depth discussion on the current development trend of international commercial disputes, the innovative practice of dispute resolution mechanism and the prospects of future cooperation. Both sides agreed to strengthen cooperation in legal talent training, academic research and practical cooperation, and to contribute to the construction of a more just and efficient international commercial dispute resolution system.
