The Member Liaison Meeting Between the Secretariat of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization and the China Academy of Arbitration Law

On January 4, 2024, the Secretariat of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) visited the China Academy of Arbitration Law (CAAL, ICDPASO Supervisory Committee Member).

Ms. SHEN Peilan, the Secretary General of the ICDPASO, Mr. TAN Jian, the Secretary General of the CAAL had in-depth exchanges and discussions with each other on the research results and experiences in arbitration theory and practice, and hoped to have extensive cooperation in the training of arbitrators, the activities of high-end forums, and the recommendation of experts. The two sides expressed that they would work together to promote the development of international commercial disputes prevention and settlement and promote international exchanges and cooperation in the field of arbitration.
