Belt &Road Forum for Commercial and Legal Cooperation Successful Held

The Belt & Road Forum for Commercial and Legal Cooperation successfully held during the 7th Silk Road Expo on November 16th 2023 in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, China. The forum is jointly organized by the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO), the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and the People’s Government of Shaanxi Province. Themed on the enhancing legal guarantee and promoting high-level opening-up by gathering more 300 eminent guests including legal experts and business representatives across the world.

SHEN Peilan, newly elected Secretary-General of the ICDPASO moderated the keynote speech session and addressed the closing ceremony. She expressed that ICDPASO will continue dedicate to provide high quality and efficiency solution for international commercial prevention and disputes settlement  for the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative.

This forum provides a platform to enhance the commercial legal communication and cooperation among the Belt and Road countries and regions promoting the construction of the rule of law and high opening-up along Belt and Road Routes.
