The Launch of ICDPASO International Standard for E-Commerce Platform Terms of Use Project

On September 5, 2023, the 7th China Forum on Standardization of Trade in Services was successfully held in Beijing. Ms. WEI Qing, Director of the Department of General Affairs of International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO), was invited to attend the forum. During the forum, Standardization Administration of the People's Republic of China (SAC) and ICDPASO’s international standards cooperation project ISO/TR 32121 Transaction assurance in e-commerce – Practices for developing terms of use for B2C e-commerce platform was officially launched.

ICDPASO has been actively involved in global governance since its establishment. In the field of standardization, it has substantially participated in the revision and development of a number of international standards. In the future, ICDPASO will continue to strive to create a law-based and barrier-free trading environment for the global business community through the development of standards and other related work.
