ICDPASO receives a banner for its dedication and commitment to its mandate

In July 2023, Wisdom Corporation, a Pakistani company, presented a banner with the words "Remarkable assistance, Professional negotiation, Successful outcome" to express its appreciation for the legal services provided by International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (hereinafter referred to as "ICDPASO").

ICDPASO received a referral from the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan requesting assistance with an international pharmaceutical sales contract dispute case , the parties to the dispute were unable to perform the original contract due to country-specific differences in medical products quality testing and mutual distrust. After understanding the basic facts, points of dispute and main claims, the ICDPASO, through several negotiations, helped the two parties to clarify the main points of the dispute, and prompted them to return to the negotiation table to re-establish positive and effective communication. Finally, after assessing the current domestic and international situation, both enterprises agreed to terminate the original contract and re-plan the continuation of commercial co-operation, and are currently negotiating a new co-operation agreement.

ICDPASO will uphold the concept of an international neutral third party, continue to rely on the advantages of its global membership network, make use of multi-dimensional diplomatic and civil consultation channels, provide enterprises with real and effective information on the market environment in cross-border trade and investment, and provide the global industrial and commercial community with a full chain of commercial legal services, including "ex-post prevention, followed by mediation, and ex-post settlement".
