ICDPASO International Legal Exchange and Cooperation Into the Maritime Silk Road Central Legal District （IV）

Recently, representatives of the International Commercial Dispute and Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) held discussion meetings on International Legal Affairs Exchanges and Cooperation at Fuzhou, Pingtan, Ningde, Nanping  to provide legal services for almost hundreds of Fujian export-oriented enterprises. This second phase of the “Fujian Tour” was supported by the Fujian Province Maritime Silk Road Central Legal District (MSRCLD) and Xiamen Leading Group of MSRCLD.

During the meetings, Ms. WEI Qing, Director of the Department of General Affairs gave a comprehensive review about the ICDPASO, and the diverse legal service capacity of the ICDPASO to the participants, including representatives from the local government departments, industry business associations and export-oriented enterprises. Mr. WU Shaoying, Senior Consultant of the ICDPASO Representative Office(Xiamen), and other members of the delegation had in-depth discussions with the enterprises on the diversified dispute settlement mechanism, the construction of the compliance management system for international operation, the  overseas intellectual property rights protection, the dispute settlement clauses and other legal issues concerned by the enterprises.

In the future, ICDPASO will maintain the concept as an internationally neutral third party, continue to strengthen communication and exchanges with market participants, and enhance its services to support high-quality development of enterprises.
