Delegations of AIAC and AIADR, visited the Secretariat of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization

On July 13, 2023, Datuk Professor Sundra Rajoo, Director of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) and President of the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR) (ICDPASO Advisory Committee member), and Dato Quek Ngee Meng, Vice President of AIADR visited the Secretariat of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO).
Dr. LIU Chao, the Secretary-General of ICDPASO had an in-depth discussion with Datuk Sundra Rajoo and Dato Quek Ngee Meng on the practice and development of alternative dispute resolution, and all sides hoped that the exchange would strengthen the ties between AIAC, AIADR and ICDPASO, and jointly carry out events such as mediator training, summits and conferences to promote the development of ADR globally.
At the meeting, ICDPASO and AIAC signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
