ICDPASO contributes to 2023 China (Xiamen) International Cross-border E-commerce Expo

On June 15, 2023, China (Xiamen) International Cross-border E-commerce Expo (ICEIE) inaugurated in Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center. The theme of 2023 ICEIE is "cross-border interconnection, goods across the world", aiming to broaden and provide convenience for cross-border e-commerce industrial chain. Adhering to the concept of "Smooth communication with the world, Worry-free service on commerce", the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) stationed in ICEIE, and offered legal advice for the exhibitors regarding commercial issues such as cross-border compliance, diversified dispute settlement approaches, law ascertainment and so on, which strongly supported the ICEIE.

On the morning of the 16th, Mr. WU Shaoying, senior consultant of ICDPASO Representative Office (Xiamen), was invited to attend the International Management and Risk Prevention Forum of ICEIE and delivered a speech. Mr. WU laid emphasis on that ICDPASO is a new option for diversified dispute settlement mechanism, which plays a positive role in assisting enterprises to improve cross-border compliance capabilities in cross-border e-commerce transactions, effectively avoids international business risks, and conveniently resolves disputes.

2023 ICEIE will end on the 17th, and ICDPASO will provide relevant legal services constantly.
