ICDPASO and RICS Sign a Memorandum of Understanding

On May 26, 2023, Dr. LIU Chao, Secretary General of the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO), and Dr. John Fletcher, Director of Dispute Resolution at the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a member of ICDPASO, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of both institutions.

According to the Memorandum of Understanding, ICDPASO and RICS will collaborate exclusively to hold ICDPASO-RICS ACRE™ Evaluate mediation training in Chinese Mainland in the near future . Both sides will take this opportunity to establish a long-term and stable liaison mechanism and comprehensive cooperative relationship, carry out exchanges and interactions that are in line with the purposes stated above, and jointly promote the development of dispute prevention and settlement in the field of built environment in China and even the world.
