The Member Liaison Meeting Between the All China Lawyers Association and the Secretariat of International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization

On May 19, 2023, All China Lawyers Association (ACLA, ICDPASO Council member) and the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) recently held a member liaison meeting. Mr. GAO Zicheng, Chairman of ACLA, Mr. YAN Guo, Deputy Secretary General of ALCA, Ms. GUO Qing, Foreign Affairs Committee Member, Ms. LI Weiran, Ms. GUO Xinhang, Ms. FU Xiang, International Department Officers of ACLA Secretariat, and Dr. LIU Chao, Secretary General of ICDPASO attended the meeting.

Mr. GAO Zicheng, Chairman of ACLA was briefed on the business development and achievements of the ICDPASO since its establishment. He hoped to continue to deepen exchanges and cooperation with ICDPASO and co-organize high-end events to enhance the understanding of the international legal service market and the application of international rules. Dr. LIU Chao, Secretary General of ICDPASO thanked ACLA for its strong support to the establishment and development of ICDPASO, and expressed that ICDPASO is willing to deepen cooperation with ACLA in the areas of mediator and arbitrator recommendation, training, and high-end events and jointly promote the concept of dispute prevention, provide quality legal services for the resolution of cross-border corporate disputes, and support the construction of international rule of law.
