“Legal Service Entering Thousands of Enterprises and Benefiting Thousands of Enterprises” — Second Session of ICDPASO Exchanges and Dialogue about International Legal Affairs was Successfully Held

On April 17, 2023, The second Session of ICDPASO Exchanges and Dialogue about International Legal Affairs of “Legal Service Entering Thousands of Enterprises and Benefiting Thousands of Enterprises” was held by International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) Representative Office (Xiamen). Ms WEI Qing, Director of the Department of General Affairs of ICDPASO Secretariat introduced the background of organization, business scope, and case reception, and sharing the typical cases with the participating enterprises.

The companies participating in this dialogue include Xiamen Haicang Investment, HICUSTOM, Xiamen Airuidi Supply Chain, Blance Xiamen. Representatives of enterprises discussed about the disputes problems they face in operating cross-border e-commerce platforms and gained a new understanding of the whole chain of commercial legal services provided by ICDPASO, namely “pre-prevention, in control during the process and post-facto settlement”. They look forward to more in-depth exchanges and discussions on cooperation with ICDPASO.
