ICDPASO International Legal Exchange and Dialogue Meeting Successfully held

On April 19, 2023, the International Legal Exchange and Cooperation Meeting was held in the Maritime Silk Road Central Legal District Zone Xiamen (“MSRCLD”). International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (“ICDPASO”) (Xiamen) Representative Office. MSRCLD Xiamen  Leading Group Office, Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Justice, Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, Municipal Trade Promotion Council co-organised the event. About 70 representatives from relevants units, municipal state-owned enterprises export-oriented enterprises and legal service agencies attended the meeting.

Ms WEI Qing, Director of the Department General Affairs of ICDPASO Secretariat introduced the background of the ICDPASO, its core business scope, global member resources and demonstrated to participants the experience and advantages of the ICDPASO in “pre-prevention , control during the process and post-facto settlement” one-step full chain legal services through typical cases. Participants discussed the concerns legal issues after meetings.

On April 20th-21th, ICDPASO International Exchange and Dialogue Meeting will be hold in Longyan and Zhangzhou Fujian, strive to provide quality international legal services and support to build “Fujian Rules of Law”.
