ICDPASO Was Invited to Participate in the 2022 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Fair for Trade in Services

From 22 to 24 December 2022, the 2022 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Fair for Trade in Services was held at the Zhuhai International Convention & Exhibition Centre, jointly organized by the China Association of Trade in Services (Member of ICDPASO), and a variety of institutions including the People's Government of Guangdong Province, the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute. The International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) exhibited as the only invited international commercial legal services provider.

On the afternoon of 22 December, during the opening ceremony and main forum of 2022 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Fair for Trade in Services, YI Xiaozhun, former Deputy Director-General of the World Trade Organization (WTO) and former Vice Minister of the Ministry of Commerce of PRC, HUANG Qifan, former Mayor of Chongqing Municipal People's Government and other officails visited the ICDPASO booth for guidance and exchange, and Dr. LIU Chao, Secretary General of ICDPASO gave a presentation on the latest developments of ICDPASO.

In the exhibition, ICDPASO highlighted the "Singapore-China International Commercial Dispute Resolution Conference", "Law Forum on Global Central Legal Services Districts Construction and Doing Business Environment Optimization" and other high-level forum brands that have been established in the past two years, and a range of achievements including deep involvement in global governance as an ISO Category A liaison organization, the publication of ICDPASO Mediation Rules and Arbitration Rules in line with international pluralistic dispute resolution practice, the launch of Global Enterprise Compliance 50 an Global Intellectual Property 50 with the aim of building an international exchange and cooperation platform, and the use of non-adversarial dispute prevention approaches to properly resolve over 300 cases of commercial differences and disputes, presenting the full picture of the ICDPASO as a global commercial dispute governance platform.

During the exhibition, domestic and foreign enterprises, law firms and other relevant professionals visited the ICDPASO booth and had in-depth discussions with ICDPASO staff on the concept and approaches of commercial dispute prevention, ICDPASO commercial mediation and arbitration services and other professional issues. The ICDPASO will continue to participate in exchanges and actively showcase its development at the 2022 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Fair for Trade in Services.
