The delegation of the Germany Fujian Chamber of Commerce visited the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) Representative Office (Xiamen)

Recently, CHEN Yunbin, chairman of the German Fujian Chamber of Commerce, accompanied by leaders of the Maritime Silk Road Central Legal District (MSRCLD), visited the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) Representative Office (Xiamen).

Mr CHEN Yunbin shared the basic information about the Fujian Chamber of Commerce in Germany. The Fujian Chamber offers a platform for its members and the Sino-German business community to succeed by contacting foreign business groups and providing market information. During the pandemic outbreak, the chamber facilitates the transportation of anti-epidemic materials sent to China and Overseas to help the cities to fight the COVID-19 outbreak, the Chamber is also responsible for evacuating the overseas Chinses from Ukraine to neighbouring countries. At present, the Fujian Chamber has established a communication platform with various economic and trade institutions. Mr CHEN Yunbin hopes to build a communication bond with the MSRCLD and ICDPASO, jointly providing high-quality legal consulting services for domestic and foreign enterprises to lead an enhanced awareness of rights protection.

ICDPASO Xiamen welcomed CHEN Yunbin's visit and briefly introduced the background to the establishment the ICDPASO. The two sides agreed that preventing conflict is a common concept of both sides and considered this meeting an opportunity to enhance the communication and exchange, enhance friendship and mutual trust. ICDPASO and the German-Fujian Chamber are willing to jointly create a convenient business environment for domestic and foreign small and medium-sized enterprises, create compliance operations of cross-border e-commerce import and export, and "bringing in and going out investment", to promote high-quality and sustainable development of global trade and investment cooperation.
