International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization Representative Office (Xiamen) Enters into Operation in Xiamen

On the morning of September 7, 2022, International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) Representative Office (Xiamen) was inaugurated in Xiamen. LUO Dongchuan, Deputy Secretary and Head of the Commission for Political and Legal Affairs of CPC Fujian Provincial Committee, and KE Liangdong, Vice Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade attended and delivered speeches at the ceremony, and inaugurated ICDPASO Representative Office (Xiamen).

 

HUANG Jin, Representative of ICDPASO Council members, President of China Society of International Law (Member of ICDPASO Council) and former President of China University of Political Science and Law (Member of ICDPASO Advisory Committee), and LIU Chao, Secretary-General of the ICDPASO addressed the ceremony.

 

The establishment of ICDPASO’s Representative Office in Xiamen will provide enterprises in Xiamen City, Fujian Province and the Southeast coastal regions for their cross-border operations with a full chain of commercial legal services, including "prevention beforehand, management and control and settlement afterward", and promote the development of Maritime Silk Road Central Legal District into a modern and innovative platform for the rule of law with international influence and world reputation. ICDPASO will work with Maritime Silk Road Central Legal District to play an important role in promoting the improvement of global governance, providing Xiamen’s solutions and Fujian’s wisdom to the world. ICDPASO is committed to providing internationalized, professional and convenient public legal services for the global business community, promoting the optimization of the global law-based business environment, and pushing forward the establishment of a fair and reasonable international economic order.
