ICDPASO Registered Category A Liaison with ISO/TC321

On March 25, 2022, upon review and approval by the Transaction Assurance in E-commerce Technical Committee of International Organization for Standardization (ISO/TC321), the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) officially became the Category A liaison with ISO/TC321.

ISO/TC321 is a technical committee in ISO that is mainly responsible for e-commerce transaction assurance and e-commerce-related process standard work. Currently it consists 12 participating member states and 16 observing member states. The participation of the ICDPASO will promote the development of the standardization of cross-border e-commerce dispute resolution, fill the blank of standardization construction, build a platform for the members of the ICDPASO around the world to participate in the ISO work, and promote the exchange and cooperation between ICDPASO members and the countries or regions where they locate collaborate with ISO/TC321.

In the future, the ICDPASO will substantially participate in ISO activities, conscientiously fulfill the responsibilities and obligations of Category A liaison, strengthen international standardization exchanges and cooperation in the field of international commercial dispute resolution, and make contribution to the development of international standardization.
