Premier Li Keqiang on Oct 15 sent a congratulatory letter to the International Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization, which was founded in Beijing.
Rules and law-based governance serve to protect trade and investment entities in dealing with uncertainties and risks, and also ensure commercial disputes will be fairly solved, the Premier said.
The Chinese government has continued to promote a market-oriented, law-based and internationalized business environment, so as to maintain fair competition through impartial regulation, the Premier added.
The Premier said China will further deepen reform and opening-up, treat domestic and foreign-invested enterprises alike and provide a better climate for all market entities to invest, innovate and start businesses.
Premier Li called on all parties to make good use of the organization, seek shared benefits through consultation and cooperation, protect the legitimate rights and interests of parties concerned and promote liberalization and facilitation of trade and investment.
Initiated by industrial, commercial and legal service organizations in more than 40 countries and regions, the organization aims to provide diversified services from dispute prevention to settlement for international business entities.
