The First General Assembly of International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (ICDPASO) was successfully held

On September 29, 2020, the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization (hereinafter referred to as the Dispute Settlement Organization) held its first General Assembly in Beijing, in which all founding members voted unanimously to pass the Charter, elect the first Council members, and approve to establish the Supervisory Committee and the Advisory Committee.The first Council of the Dispute Settlement Organization immediately held its first meeting. After full discussion by all the Council members , they agreed to elect YU Jianlong as the Chairman and Derek Vaughan as the Vice Chairman, and voted to pass ZHANG Yuejiao to serves as the Honorary Chairman. According to the nomination of the Chairman and the approval of all the members of the Council, it was decided that LIU Chao would serve as the Secretary-General of the Dispute Settlement Organization.
